Welcome i m ana white. About a year ago when we built a modified version of ana s loft bed for our boys room we knew a ladder was out of the question with a 3 yr. I really liked ana s storage stairs for the playhouse loft bed but they weren t going to work for our situation. We need bunk beds for our girls but putting a bed under the loft like you did would save on lumber costs.

Now the kids can play under it or we can add a bed in the photo we have a box spring set up on a bed frame but no mattress yet if we need to. I love the playhouse bed but we want to put a dresser under the bed and would like to have this bed grow with our 4 yr old twin daughters.
